Sergey's Letter to all his friends and clients

The complaint has been filed in Federal Court seeking the return of Mr. Ivanov to the US. The basis for the action is violation of Mr. Ivanov's due process rights under the 5th Amendment to the US Constitution. We now await the entry of appearance of the US government through the USAttorney in Detroit.
We expect the appearance to be filed by the 28th of December.
Thereafter, we expect to obtain information from the USAttorney as to their position in this matter & the formal asnswer/response by January 27.
